Tennis and fitness enthusiasts gather at Orchid Island's 5,000 sq. ft. Tennis & Fitness Club. The tennis program at Orchid Island is designed to serve members of every skill level. Facilities and instruction satisfy the avid enthusiast, while not intimidating the casual player.

The Club's eight Har-Tru® courts, including an Exhibition Court, are ideal for this tropical climate. The porous surface is fast drying during the rainy season and an underground watering system uses sophisticated sensors to maintain proper levels of moisture in the dry season.  

Members enjoy Orchid Island's impressive tennis programs and instruction by highly trained tennis professionals and relax courtside under the shade of a charming tennis pavilion before and after games.

The club also includes a boutique-style pro shop featuring the latest fashions of  men's, ladies and children's apparel and equipment.

The state-of-the-art, fully-equipped fitness center offers Cybex equipment, including cardiovascular and weight machines, Pilate and Yoga classes, along with a highly-trained staff of personal trainers and massage therapists. A snack bar offers healthy edibles such as juice drinks and protein shakes.
