Bob Niederpruem, President/Broker, has been with Orchid Island since 1996. Bob is a graduate of Florida State University and has been involved with real estate for over 22 years specializing in luxury golf communities throughout the state of Florida. He is responsible for overseeing the general operation of the Orchid Island Realty sales center as well as all marketing and advertising.

Bob resides in Vero Beach with his family and is recognized as the expert on Orchid Island Golf & Beach Club real estate focusing exclusively on representing and selling Orchid Island properties to new and existing owners.

Heidi Levy, Broker Associate, has been selling luxury country club and golf communities from Palm Beach to Vero Beach for over 25 years. A resident of Vero Beach for ten years, Heidi enjoys the island life style along with her family.

She will focus exclusively on serving the real estate needs of new and existing owners at Orchid Island.

The Orchid Island Realty's sales team is backed by an excellent administrative team.

Martha Major, Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator, works with the sales team to prepare all contracts, listings and reports in conjunction with her managerial duties. She also assists the Broker on all advertising and marketing efforts.

Melissa Sullivan is the team's Administrative Assistant. Her warm greeting welcomes our guests and her friendly voice greets telephone callers. She will assist the team in all aspects of the real estate operation.
